Order Form Directions:

Please fill out all information completely. Any missing fields could result in you recieving the wrong picture, or no picture at all. The image number will reference a file for us, but we also need the gallery that the image was in to ensure accuracy. Enter this in the image field along with the number. We will not be held responsible for data entered incorrectly, and will do our best to verify the image you selected is the one that is printed. Once the order form is submitted, we will contact you either by phone or email with a confirmation and a total price. Payments can be made by mailing us a check, or thru PayPal. Once payment is recieved, we will print your order and ship within 2 business days.
